Having grown up in a dysfunctional family, it has always been my most significant life goal to get married and start a family of my own. After ending a long-term relationship at 35, I found myself single at a stage when I had envisioned being married with children. I realized this wasn't going to happen if I continued down my current path. Drawing on my nine years of clinical experience as a licensed psychotherapist and relationship coach, I created an evidence-based framework to find love. Within a year, after just five first dates, I met my life partner—proving firsthand the transformative power of my approach.
This journey inspired me to develop the Match to Marriage Methodology, blending therapeutic insights with personal experience to help others overcome dating challenges, heal past wounds, and build authentic, lasting relationships. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and certifications in the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, Gestalt Chairwork, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. My forthcoming memoir, "My Summer of Intentional Drug Use: A Journey to Healing Through Psychedelics," explores the profound healing potential of psychedelic therapy.
